We will undertake any aspect of property maintenance; fixing leaky roofs or gutters, repairing porches, relaying paving, replacing fencing, putting up outbuildings.

Example 1:
The wooden frame of this front porch in Aldington had rotted, leaving the area damp and draughty and causing the front door to bind. We replaced the frames, removed existing glass panels and clad with shiplap panelling for a contemporary look to compliment this traditional building.

Example 2:
The floor of this wooden cabin had rotted due to ground water ingress. We replaced the base beams after digging out the foundation, relining and increasing the airflow by inserting more air bricks.

This garden path was a trip hazard to say the least! We relaid, redesigned and rebuilt the lower walls and steps,
